Martin Luther King Jr
Life can feel heavy or confusing, especially when you are carrying more than others realise. You might be living with anxiety, stress, low mood, or relationship difficulties, or a quieter sense that something does not quite feel right. You do not have to make sense of it alone. In therapy, we can slow things down together, and gently explore what is going on at your own pace.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, and beginning to look for the right therapist is already an important act of care for yourself.
Bradley Reback, PGDip, BA Hons, MBACP
I am a fully qualified, BACP registered therapist trained at The Minster Centre in London, the UK’s first integrative counselling and psychotherapy training programme. The Centre remains one of the country’s most respected institutions.
I work with private clients and also in the voluntary sector. With a background in business, charity, and care, and having had to overcome my own struggles in the past, I understand the pressures and transitions that life can bring.
My work draws on both experience and theory to support you in ways that are grounded, practical, and meaningful towards your goals.

My approach is integrative, person-centred, and grounded in the belief that therapy works best when it feels real and collaborative. I aim to offer a warm, open space where you can slow down, explore what is happening for you, and connect more deeply with yourself. The relationship between us is at the heart of this process, a place where you can confidentially be met with empathy, curiosity, and acceptance.

Therapy with me is steady and reflective. Together we pay attention to patterns in your life, how you relate to yourself and others, and the feelings that arise in the moment. Some people prefer a gentler pace, others want more focus or clarity, and we will shape the work jointly in a way that feels supportive and right for you.

All identities and backgrounds are embraced, and whatever your path in life, you are free to explore and be your true self.

I currently have availability for new clients, with in person sessions offered in a calm, purpose-built garden therapy room in Stanmore, HA7, with ample parking. I also offer online sessions, so you can access support wherever you are.
Sessions are fifty minutes, and preferably scheduled at the same time each week.

I enjoy meeting new clients and am often told that people feel at ease and able to speak openly with me. This helps create a safe and supportive therapeutic space where you can explore what truly matters to you.
If you are considering therapy, it is completely normal to feel unsure about taking the first step, though some people feel comfortable right away. Even a short conversation can help you feel a little clearer and give you a gentle sense of whether this might be a place where you feel understood and supported. I offer a free 20 minute online or telephone consultation so we can talk about what brings you to therapy, what you might need, and get a sense of how it feels to work together before making any commitment. If you feel ready, you are welcome to book your free call now.
My in-person fee is £70 for a fifty minute session. Online sessions vary depending on time of day. I also offer a small number of reduced fee spaces for people on lower incomes, so please feel free to ask if this may apply to you.
Ready to take the first step? I offer a free 20-minute introductory call.
